Huayhuash Trek - 10 or 11 days:
One of the prettiest treks in the world, a "must do" for outdoor lovers.
Few years ago Huayhuash was known to be hard to get to and very few people were doing the circuit. Due to improved roads and the success of the movie Touching the Void (Joe Simpson, Siula Grande is here) Huayhuash has known an enormous increase in visitors.
INFORMATION:
- Guaranteed departure from 2 participants, maximum 8 participants.
PRICE:
- US $ 870 per person (10 days)
- US $ 955 per person (11 days)
INCLUDED:
- Private tourist transport from/to your ho(s)tel.
- English speaking official guide
- Cook (from 4 participants onwards - less than 4 participants the guide would also cook)
- Donkeys & Donkey drivers. Approx. 7 kg per client.
- Good and varied food (vegetarian option).
- All camping equipment and cooking/eating utensils.
- 3 or 4 Season sleeping tents. (3 person tents with additional fly storage for every 2 clients, Salewa, Mountain Equipment Coop, Northface, .)
- Thermarest self-inflatable mattresses.
- All entrance fees.
- First aid kit & oxygen bottle.
NOT INCLUDED:
- Additional beverages or meals in villages
- Breakfast on the 1st and dinner on the last day
- Return or abortion otherwise as planned itinerary: transport & possible accommodation costs (also for staff)

- Sleeping bag (rental US $ 3.00 per day + US $ 5.00 for obligatory laundry).

Do you organize the treks yourself or send with other agencies?
We never send our clients with other agencies and always organize ourselves. Only in that way we can guarantee the quality of our service.
Can we also book on-site in Huaraz?
The quality of the majority of tours sold in Huaraz unfortunately does not fulfill our standards (included/not included, payment of staff, hidden costs, “surprises”, …). That is why also our group departures should be booked in advanced to give us a chance to look for more participants over the internet or with clients from other decent providers. Staff can be contracted just one day before departure but the best guides have their programs usually several weeks in advance. Left-over guides are not usually the best.
